Any.DO is a task manager application for iPhone and now Google Chrome. It allows you to sign into an account with Facebook, so you can access your tasks on more than one device (well, eventually that's the plan, but it's a new app so it only reaches iPhone and Chrome.)
So, basically, Any.DO is yet another checklist — but this time, it's a virtual one.
Any.DO allows you to divide tasks between Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Later. (You can break this down to individual days and specific dates in landscape mode.) You can put tasks in different folders, which you can name yourself, and you can set alerts for certain tasks.
When you've completed a task, you swipe it and it's crossed out. You shake the screen, and all of your finished tasks disappear.
There's a running count of all the tasks you've completed since beginning to use Any.DO that will show at the bottom every time you do this. I'm already up in the 200s, and I'd say I've used this for a month.
One of my favorite things about Any.DO is that it very handily imports your calendar from your iPhone and, when turned to landscape mode, shows not only your daily tasks but also whatever you've scheduled for yourself in your calendar.
So, this is definitely my favorite iPhone application of the moment!
